CAL RAYS COACHES

Les has been coaching softball and baseball for over 20 years. He has been fortunate to be mentored by some of the game's best trainers and coaches over those years. Come and check out the Cal Rays training for yourself. His 31-year-old daughter, Akemi, won numerous awards and finished her pitching career at a local JC. His 25-year-old son, Michael, finished his baseball career at Chico State and graduated with a BS in Kinesiology. Michael is now coaching at Hyperthrive Athletics and at Capital Strength & Performance in Sacramento, CA.
Les started Cal Rays in 2017. He formed and coached three Cal Rays teams in his organization before moving to Roseville, CA. in 2021. He is passionate about teaching players the game and helping his players develop their skillset.
